Discord weather alerts across all 50 states.
Bayou Radar is a national weather system. Configure local alert coverage anywhere in the 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Nationwide reach, local subscriptions
Choose a state and the official county or parish area your community follows. Matching National Weather Service alerts are delivered to the Discord channels and optional roles you select. A server can follow one local community or configure several areas across different states when its plan allows them.
Coverage describes where you can set up subscriptions. Each subscription monitors its selected area; installing the bot does not automatically subscribe your server to every alert nationwide.

Set up local alerts in any state
- Sign in with Discord and select a server you can manage.

- Add an area, choose its state, and select the local county or parish.
- Select a channel, optional role, and alert level.
- Save and send a clearly marked test message.
The setup guide explains permissions and commands. The severe weather alert guide explains warnings, watches, and advisories.
Build regional or multi-state coverage
You can route different areas to separate channels or use one shared weather channel. Configure a subscription for each area you want to follow. Keep the state and area clear in your channel descriptions so members can identify the coverage.
Free and Pro are available nationwide. Pro controls the active-area allowance across the servers linked to your account. Review current plan limits and pricing before expanding coverage.
